Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via fax or email to confirm cancellation of your reservation.

The following charges will apply in the event of a cancellation:

  • From booking date to 180 days prior to trip date: 10% of the total amount

  • 180–120 days prior to trip date: 25% of the total amount

  • 120–90 days prior to trip date: 50% of the total amount

  • 90–60 days prior to trip date: 75% of the total amount

  • Less than 60 days prior to trip date: 100% of the total amount

  • No-show: 100% cancellation fee applies for the full cruise or package

Note: A 6% bank transaction fee will be deducted from the deposit amount for all cancellations.

Domestic Flights: Cancellation fees will also apply as per the airline’s policy, and are the traveler’s responsibility.

Refunds

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the same payment method and to the same account as the original transaction. Refunds are issued within 14 working days.
No refunds are available in cases of no-show.

Accommodation

Unless stated otherwise, accommodation is based on double occupancy (twin sharing). Single rooms are available for an additional supplement. While hotels and lodges listed in the itinerary represent the expected standard, we reserve the right to book similar alternatives of equal quality.
All prices include taxes and are subject to change without prior notice.

Domestic Flights

Flight prices quoted are estimates and subject to change. Specific flight time requests or changes to booked itineraries may result in additional costs.

Responsibility Disclaimer

The Company acts only as an agent for the traveler in all matters related to transportation and accommodation. We are not liable for any personal injury, illness, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity caused by:

  • Acts of God or natural disasters
  • War or civil unrest
  • Government actions or travel restrictions
  • Mechanical failures
  • Labor strikes or disputes
  • Theft or criminal acts
  • Airline or hotel cancellations or changes

Additional costs arising from such events are the responsibility of the traveler.

Special Requests

Clients must notify the Company of any special requests at the time of booking. While we strive to fulfill requests, they are not guaranteed and do not form part of the booking contract. Special requests may include (but are not limited to): dietary requirements, hotel room preferences, or seating arrangements.

Children Policy

Policy 1: Packages, Nile Cruises, and Hotels

  • Under 2 years: Free of charge

  • Under 6 years: 25% of the individual adult price

  • Under 12 years: 50% of the individual adult price

  • 12 years and above: Charged as adults
    Note: Domestic flight supplements may apply for children.

Policy 2: Sightseeing Tours & Shore Excursions

  • Under 6 years: Free of charge

  • Under 12 years: 50% of the individual adult price

  • 12 years and above: Charged as adults
    Note: Domestic flight or ferry charges may apply.

Tipping

Tipping is a customary practice and a way to express satisfaction for good service. While appreciated, tipping is not mandatory.

Complaints

If you experience any issue during your trip, please notify us immediately. Many issues can be resolved on the spot. If the issue persists, contact the Company Chairman directly.
Should the matter remain unresolved after your return, you may submit a formal complaint to the Egyptian Travel Agent Association or the Ministry of Tourism in Cairo.

Acceptance of the Agreement

By making a deposit or final payment via bank transfer, the client acknowledges and agrees to all the Terms and Conditions stated above. This agreement is considered final and binding upon confirmation of booking.
